This privacy policy applies to the HighVibration application.

The app doesn’t collect any personally identifiable information, financial and payment information, authentication.
The app doesn’t collect or use the Android app set ID.
The App collects and stores only information which is needed for providing the service functionality, which is a user interface with the device HighVibration 5, using NFC communication.

The information is stored in the phone memory and can be seen only on the phone.
The information is not available to other applications which exist on the phone and it is not sent outside the phone. Therefore it is not available to the company or other persons.

5. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION POLICY
There is an associated “Delete” button available to the user for every stored piece of information. After this button is pressed by the user, the associated information is deleted immediately from the storage and from the user interface. Otherwise, the information is kept until the application is removed, for being able to provide the functionality.
All the information is deleted when the application is removed.
6. SECURE DATA HANDLING
The data is not accessible to other applications installed on the phone.
The data is not sent on the internet.
7. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
You have the following rights concerning your data in the app:
Right of access: you can see all your collected and stored data in the app.
Right of rectification: you can edit in the app all the information that you provide, i.e. the lists of programs that you want to use.
Right of being forgotten: it is explained above, in the section “Data Retention and Deletion Policy”.
Right to restriction of processing: there are no conditions where restriction of processing can be done, without altering the app functionality
Right of portability: your data is not transferred to anyone, including our company and it exists only on your phone
Right to object: we don’t perform in the app any data processing which might need the right to object, like marketing or advertising. If you want however to object, you can first contact us at the provided email address and we will reply to you.
Right to object to automated processing, including profiling: we don’t perform in the app any computer make decisions about you. If you want however to object, you can first contact us at the provided email address and we will reply to you.
Right to judicial review: if we refuse you request concerning your privacy rights, we will provide you with a reason as to why. You have the right to complain.
